	Self Training The best way to to get familiar with the CRM software is to take advantage of the many self-help products available to you. How-To Videos - Hundreds of short videos categorized by CRM feature to show you exactly how to use and manage your software including a "Getting Started" guide that will walk you through the enitre CRM and show you what you need to know to start.
