Upgrade to IE7

In order to get the most out of your ActionCOACH CRM Software, you must be sure that your browser software is up to date. Some of the advanced features such as the dynamic email manager needs your computer to have the latest version of browser software to work properly.

The browser is the program your computer uses to view web pages. If you have a Microsoft Windows computer you probablyare using a program called Internet Explorer or Mozillla Firefox. If you have an Apple computer you are most likely using Apple Safari. Be sure to upgrade to the latest version of the software you are using.

If you are using Internet Explorer you must upgrade to version 7. Many new computers or computer running Microsoft Vista operating system already have IE7 installed.
To check your Internet Explorer version look at the top of the page and click the link called "HELP". Next click "About Internet Explorer". The pop-up window will say IE6 or IE7.

If you have version 6 you will need to upgrade. IE7 users do not need to upgrade.

Follow the directions on the page to download Internet Explorer version 7. Click the "Get Started" button on this page to download and instlal the latest verison. You will be asked to restart your computer once it downloads correctly.
